Quality Guaranteed 
Because we source only the highest quality materials, FabricDirect.com proudly stands behind every order with a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. Your 30-day window begins the moment your package is shipped.  

Pre-Production Inspection 
We kindly ask that you inspect your fabric immediately upon receipt. FabricDirect.com is not responsible for any subsequent costs—such as sewing, labor, or manufacturing fees—once the fabric has been cut, altered, or used. 

How to Start a Return 
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department and have your order ready to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#.) 

 * RA# is for internal use only and must be clearly written on the outside of your return package. 

Return Guidelines & Credits 

• Condition: To receive a full credit, all fabric must be returned in its original condition: uncut, unwashed, and unaltered. When applicable, items must also be returned on their original support, such as the bolt or roll. 

• Timeline: Your RA# is valid for 21 days from the date of issue. We cannot offer refunds for fabric received at our warehouse after this 21-day period has expired. Packages received afterwords will be refused and returned to the sender. 

• Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We’d love to hear your feedback! If you have a moment, please let us know why the fabric wasn’t a perfect fit—this won’t affect your return. 

Please allow 10–15 days for our team to complete the inspection and process your credit. 

Important Return Policy Details: 

• Refused Deliveries: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for any orders where delivery is refused. 

• Photo Documentation: As part of our quality review process, a digital photo of the fabric may be required to assist in the resolution of your request.
