Orders are picked up Monday-Thursday at 4:00pm and Friday at 1:45pm eastern standard time, orders received afterwards, will process the following business day.
Please allow an additional 1-7 days for UPS/U.S.P.S. or FedEx to deliver your order, outside of the continental U.S. may be longer. When timing is important, please let our customer service department know so we can help arrange alternative shipping methods. Expedited options are offered on the check-out page for your convenience.

To expedite orders as quickly as possible, some fabrics ship directly from our mills causing a delay in tracking information being sent to customer – normally 24-48 hours.
Sold out:
If the item you ordered becomes sold out, we will call and email you to choose between a substitute of your choice or a refund for that portion of the sale. In the event we do not hear back from you, after three days, your order will ship with all available fabric and a refund will be issued for the sold out portion of your order.

Simply contact our Customer Service department for a return authorization number.
Our Customer Service department will issue a Return Authorization Number for any uncut, unwashed, unaltered fabric within 30 days of purchase, and issue a credit for the full cost of that fabric excluding the shipping cost up to our $9.99 flat rate.
Receiver must inspect order upon receipt. FabricDirect.com is not responsible for any subsequent cost such as sewing or manufacturing once the fabric is cut, altered or used.
In order to better serve you, please tell us why you are returning the fabric. This will in no way affect your credit.
