To expedite orders as quickly as possible, some fabrics ship directly from our mills causing a delay in tracking information being sent to customer – normally 24-48 hours.

If the item you ordered becomes sold out, we will call and email you to choose between a substitute of your choice or a refund for that portion of the sale. In the event we do not hear back from you, after three days, your order will ship with all available fabric and a refund will be issued for the sold out portion of your order.

Simply contact our Customer Service department for a return authorization number.
Our Customer Service department will issue a Return Authorization Number for any uncut, unwashed, unaltered fabric within 30 days of purchase, and issue a credit for the full cost of that fabric excluding the shipping cost up to our $9.99 flat rate.
Receiver must inspect order upon receipt. FabricDirect.com is not responsible for any subsequent cost such as sewing or manufacturing once the fabric is cut, altered or used.

This pertains to all of the Fabric. They were all cut unevenly, had to recut to make blankets even. I was told that your fabric was very close to Anti-pill as far as softness. Not as soft as I was expecting, nor was the thickness. Although I was not happy about the fabric, I still made the blankets but this will be my last purchase.
