*Expedited Shipping; UPS Overnight, 2nd Day and 3rd Day options with “real time” rates are available during checkout, ship the same day as ordered if, received before 2:00 pm. eastern standard time. Orders placed using UPS Ground service usually ships within 24 business hours from processing.
To expedite orders as quickly as possible, some fabrics ship directly from our mills causing a delay in tracking information being sent to customer – normally 24-48 hours.
Sold out:
If the item you ordered becomes sold out, we will call and email you to choose between a substitute of your choice or a refund for that portion of the sale. In the event we do not hear back from you, after three days, your order will ship with all available fabric and a refund will be issued for the sold out portion of your order.

Simply contact our Customer Service department for a return authorization number.
Our Customer Service department will issue a Return Authorization Number for any uncut, unwashed, unaltered fabric within 30 days of purchase, and issue a credit for the full cost of that fabric excluding the shipping cost up to our $9.99 flat rate.
Receiver must inspect order upon receipt. FabricDirect.com is not responsible for any subsequent cost such as sewing or manufacturing once the fabric is cut, altered or used.
