To expedite orders as quickly as possible, some fabrics ship directly from our mills causing a delay in tracking information being sent to customer – normally 24-48 hours.
Sold out:
If the item you ordered becomes sold out, we will call and email you to choose between a substitute of your choice or a refund for that portion of the sale. In the event we do not hear back from you, after three days, your order will ship with all available fabric and a refund will be issued for the sold out portion of your order.
