If the item you ordered becomes sold out, we will call and email you to choose between a substitute of your choice or a refund for that portion of the sale. In the event we do not hear back from you, after three days, your order will ship with all available fabric and a refund will be issued for the sold out portion of your order.

Since FabricDirect.com offers the best fabric we could find, we confidently offer a 30-day no questions asked return policy.

Simply contact our Customer Service department for a return authorization number.

Our Customer Service department will issue a Return Authorization Number for any uncut, unwashed, unaltered fabric within 30 days of purchase, and issue a credit for the full cost of that fabric excluding the shipping cost up to our $9.99 flat rate.

Additional or upgraded shipping cost is not refundable.
Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility.

Receiver must inspect order upon receipt. FabricDirect.com is not responsible for any subsequent cost such as sewing or manufacturing once the fabric is cut, altered or used.
